I had a great experience with the updated curriculum and the addition of videos since my last renewal. The new curriculum made the course engaging, easy to follow, and much more enjoyable. I have taken CPR renewal courses in the past and usually dread them, but this experience was completely different. I truly enjoyed taking the class and appreciated the effort that went into making the content fresh, interactive, and meaningful.

Convenient and great training/refresher!

Convenient, affordable, and very similar to the hospital‑based BLS format. As an RN not currently working in the clinical setting, I needed a quick renewal without a 4–6 hour class. The two‑person team portion was new for me and very helpful. The room was clean, the setup was great, and the email/text instructions were clear. Their team was easy to reach if you need support. Highly recommend.

I was doing both the chest compression and ventilation portion but kept failing for an hour. Once I was on my fifth try, the staff called me and gave me tips on how to improve. After that call I finally passed haha! I appreciated that they called me because I would've been there forever!

They are good with rescheduling and responsive I liked that. You get the course for 2 years which is great when you need a refresher. I’m happy with the experience.

This was absolutely the most straight forward process and most useful CPR course I have taken. The online portion was incredibly thorough and detailed. For the in-person portion, it was helpful to have computer feedback to know how deep compressions should be and what speed they should occur at, as well as receiving feedback on positioning for giving sufficient breaths. It was also a quick process, taking less than 20 minutes to complete all in-person skills. I would highly recommend this course to anyone renewing their CPR certification or getting it for the first time.
